Hogan and McMahon collided at Wrestlemania 19 in , with the Hulkster putting his career on the line in a street fight. Hogan was 49 years old and McMahon was 57 years old at the time.
The bloody minute bout was better than most expected, and both complimented one another when it was over. Every match would be a Vince McMahon match if I had my choice because it was like a piece of art getting in there with him. The crowd in New Hampshire erupted and was backing Hogan and Michaels.
Furthermore, Daivari and Hassan impressed in this match but there was a sense of inevitably with Hogan and Michaels going over. They collided in a violent Street Fight which was a positive as Hogan was no longer at the peak of his powers and McMahon was never great as a technician in the ring. The match had to be restarted because the referee had not seen Hogan get to the ropes and only saw it after the fact. Once the match restarted, Hulk Hogan got some momentum going and went on to win the match against Orton.
